One of the biggest secondary lending institutions is looking for new team members! Your job will be to analyze and underwrite automotive loans. Prior experience in the field is not required, as we offer complete on-the-job training. A strong willingness to learn, multitask and the capacity to work hard are required.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare loan documents and follow Standard Operating Procedures
• Act as an intermediary between customers and dealers by researching, substantiating and resolving the contract, vehicle condition and all of the customer’s information
• Verify documentation and work to obtain proof of contract stipulations
• Conduct outbound and inbound calls
• Maintain excellent work efforts to meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly goals
• Provide general administrative support, including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
• Ability to perform additional responsibilities, as assigned

Requirements:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required, with great written and oral communication skills in both languages
• Effective communication, multitasking, and problem solving skills
• Confidence to interact with customers and dealers in a professional manner
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High School Diploma/GED preferred
