Job Purpose and Impact

The Shipping Coordinator will conduct inventory and transportation logistics activities at a field site. This role will contribute to conducting data management and reporting. Additionally, this role will manage inbound and outbound traffic at the site for the distribution of packaged and bulk trucks. Carriers will rely on this role to provide the necessary paperwork and direction while on-site.

Key Accountabilities

• Solicit, collect, and organize documentation and data and enter routine data into one or more systems.
• Perform administrative or clerical duties in support of the shipment execution process and complete tasks using industry-standard procedures.
• Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to the appropriate staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Information

• The position is open in Savage, MN.
• Relocation assistance is not provided for this role.

Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma, secondary education level, or equivalent
• Minimum of four years of related work experience
• Ability to work with computer-based logistics applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP software experience
• Warehouse and/or Logistics experience
