Responsibilities • Handle accounts payable tasks ensuring all bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner• Process payroll, ensuring all employees are paid correctly and on time• Prepare financial reports, providing insights into the organization's financial status• Conduct audits for Federal Grants for Projects, ensuring compliance with all regulations• Perform Federal Grants reconciliation, ensuring all funds are accounted for • Utilize QuickBooks for various accounting tasks, ensuring accurate record keeping • Apply strong attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring accuracy in all reports and financial data • Utilize skills in General Ledger and Journal Entries for accurate financial documentation • Apply knowledge of Federal Grant and Grant Accounting for all grant related tasks • Contribute to the team's efforts by accomplishing related tasks as neededThis role requires proficiency in various skills such as Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger, Journal Entries, QuickBooks, Federal Grant, Grant Accounting, and Financial Reporting.
