Paving Foreman Wanted - 5 Years Experience.
Our well-established paving company is hiring an experienced Paving Foreman to lead crews on road construction projects in the Tampa / St. Pete area .
Paving Foreman Responsibilities :
- Directly supervise paving crews, ensuring jobs are completed properly and on-time
- Coordinate equipment, materials, and staffing needs for each project
- Maintain high safety standards on job sites
Paving Foreman Requirements :
- 5 years experience as a paving foreman
- Proven ability to manage crews and multiple jobs
- Strong construction knowledge
- Valid driver's license
- Competitive pay based on experience
- Work Monday-Friday, home every night
- Rarely any Saturday work required
- Steady employment with a reputable, local company
