**Job Overview:**
Hiring (1) agent to mainly act as a Buyers agent.
**Duties:**
- Cold call leads that are given to you
- Assist clients in buying, and selling properties
- Conduct property showings and open houses
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale
- Perform 2 open houses per month
- Attend inspections and closings of contracts you've written.
**Requirements:**
- 1-2 years of real esate experience
- must have the knowledge on how to right contracts on the AS-IS and FAR BAR Contracts.
We are changing the game with how realtors make money. We are a micro team of only 2 agents and are looking to bring on 1 more.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
