We are looking for a Quality Inspector to join our team in Sapulpa, OK!

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm (overtime may be necessary at times)

This position is responsible for ensuring pipeline equipment adheres with regulatory industry standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance. The Quality Inspector will be detail-oriented, analytical, and a problem solver with professional communication skills. They will possess technical capacity and understand the importance of performance and time management. The Quality Inspector will also bring a positive attitude and ensure dependability.

The ideal candidate will have:

- 3-5 years of inspection experience, including auditing and testing

- Experience with implementation of corrective actions programs

- Knowledge/experience of relevant regulatory requirements (ASME Sec. VIII and API)

- Knowledge/experience of welding and welding procedures per ASME Sec. IX

- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office

- Strong tape measure skills

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

- Interact with source inspectors

- Collect X-ray information to ensure welds are shot

- Schedule X-ray and any N.D.E. as needed

- Interpret X-ray film

- Product heat maps

- Maintain the weld log and welder continuity records

- Check hydro charts for accuracy according to prints

- Check all finished products to ensure accuracy according to prints

- Keep up with ITP's and any hold points for jobs

- Assist the management team and all employees to provide QA support as necessary
