SeneGence International is Hiring a Field Development Manager Near Sapulpa, OK

The Field Development Manager is responsible for driving sales and recruitment efforts in the assigned markets of SeneGence. This role focuses on supporting new distributor enrollments, onboarding, identifying field leadership, conducting sales training, and monitoring success to achieve revenue generation goals..

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with the senior and executive leadership to develop and execute strategies for sales growth, sponsoring, and rank advancement.
  • Implement key go-to-market and sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.
  • Recommend and execute sales incentives, recognition programs, and training initiatives to support revenue objectives.
  • Conduct field training initiatives, including onboarding, opportunity training, and leadership development.
  • Provide support to global teams in driving revenue, sponsoring, and rank advancement goals as required.
  • Mentor, coach, and collaborate with the global sales team to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Partner with marketing, events, recognition, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Demonstrate flexibility for up to 75% travel as needed.
  • Other duties as requested by business need.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION:

  • Proven experience in networking and building relationships.
  • 5 years of sales experience in building and developing an organization of independent distributors.
  • Strong ability to see projects and initiatives through to completion.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and evaluating the success of SeneGence programs, incentives, and sales initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical skills to read and analyze reports.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and in-country teams.
  • Consistent and regular attendance is expected.

QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED FOR POSITION:

  • Experience in international sales management of independent distributors.
  • Innovative problem solver and skilled negotiator.
  • Previous experience in sales training or coaching.
  • Familiarity with direct selling or the cosmetics industry.
  • Located in Tulsa, Oklahoma area is strongly preferred

CERTIFICATES/LICENSES REQUIRED FOR ROLE:

  • Possession of a valid state driver license (or ability to obtain one).
  • Possession of a valid passport (or ability to obtain one).

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Physical requirements include arm and hand steadiness and finger dexterity enough to use a keyboard and telephone; occasional lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds; may be subject to walking, standing, sitting, reaching, bending, and handling; and vision, speech, and hearing sufficient to perform the essential tasks. Must be willing and able to work the hours necessary to accomplish the job requirements including working irregular hours to attend evening and/or weekend events, meetings and/or seminars. Position is subject to additional working hours above forty-hour work week.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Working environment is primarily indoors in an office setting and occasionally outdoors for special events; with additional travel to facilitate corporate sponsored events locally, domestically, and occasionally internationally. Requires some evening and possible weekend hours and requires use of telephone and other office equipment.
