Estamos en búsqueda de nuestro/a nuevo/a Ejecutivo de Desarrollo Comercial, quién tendrá como objetivo principal representar a la empresa en la venta consultiva de distintas soluciones a clientes asignados, creando un alto nivel de fidelización con objetivo de contribuir al cumplimiento de metas y objetivos estratégicos del área. Dentro de sus funciones y responsabilidades se encuentran: Generar contacto con clientes asignados y presentar de forma eficiente las nuevas propuestas, entendiendo el contexto del cliente y manteniendo alto relacionamiento con los tomadores de decisiones. Diseñar y asegurar reuniones de seguimiento y fidelización con clientes, identificando problemas brechas y oportunidades que ha generado el negocio [Evaluación de resultado] Presentar propuesta de soluciones que atiendan las necesidades que tengan los clientes. Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio. Ejecutar negociaciones y cierres de tratos. Gestionar las distintas acciones posteriores al cierre de acuerdos dando seguimiento y evaluación a los nuevos servicios concretados. Identificar y ejecutar soluciones personalizadas y segmentadas para cada cliente. Harías un buen fit en la posición si tienes: Pasión por los clientes. Orientación al resultado. Capacidad de análisis y pensamiento estratégico. Planeación y organización. Comunicación efectiva. Autonomía y toma de decisiones. Resiliencia y adaptabilidad. Capacidad de trabajo en equipo. Requisitos Preferente Ingeniero comercial o carreras afines. Desde 4 años de experiencia en venta consultiva B2B Manejo de licitaciones y portales de licitaciones. Manejo de redes sociales para generación de leads. Manejo intermedio-avanzado de planes de cuenta.
