Survey is Hiring an Overnight Reset Merchandiser Near Santa Rosa, CA

About the Work:
- Pay is $18/hr, paid via Openforce thru Survey Merchandiser App.
- Reset starts immediately and will continue until May 30th.
- Workdays are Sundays to Thursdays.
- Hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
- This is a labor intensive role that requires you to work on your feet for the majority of your shift. You may be required to push and lift objects up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- You'll have a designated team lead on site. This person will assign your daily tasks, check your work, and act as your supervisor on the job.
- Typical tasks include:
- Removing products from the shelves.
- Placing new items based on the updated planogram (provided by store personnel).
- Assembling and installing fixtures, shelves, racks, and signage.
- Reorganize product tags so that they match the new shelf Planogram.
- Go to the store back room to get new inventory to complete the restock.
- Team Lead may request some miscellaneous tasks.
- Making sure the products face the front and are in perfect order.
- All work is conveniently picked up and submitted through the Survey Merchandiser app, including payments.
- Payments are available to claim 6 days after successfully completing and uploading your assignment on the app.
- Awesome referral program that allows you to earn up to $100 for each person referred.
- Training and Support is available 7 days a week.
- After the reset ends, you will have additional opportunities to pick up gigs if you are interested in continuing to work.
- Must have a working iPhone or Android device with the Survey Merchandiser or Survey Retail application installed. Must have an active account with Survey.
- You’re reliable, good at following directions, and can work on a team.
- Expected to have a basic understanding of store resets and related terminology. Information will be provided ahead of your start date and it is required that you review it carefully before starting.
- You will be participating in a store reset. This involves moving products on/off store shelves, bringing inventory out to the floor, rearranging shelves, removing/adding store signage, and other related tasks. As a result, you must be physically able to perform these tasks, which may include tasks such as crouching down to work low shelves and repeatedly lifting/moving small objects.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have reliable transportation to the job site, the ability to arrive on time to and work the full shift.
- Previous reset experience is a plus and POG experience is a must.
