Location: On Site, Santa Rosa Post Acute, Full Time
Salary Range: $190,000 - $225,000 (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities:
- Lead the clinical team effectively, demonstrating strong leadership skills
- Oversee admissions process with enthusiasm and efficiency
- Collaborate closely with staff and management to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a positive and cooperative work environment
Requirements:
- Recent SNF experience is a must
- Previous DON experience in a SNF setting strongly preferred
- Passion for admissions and commitment to excellent patient care
- Ability to work well within a team and foster positive relationships with coworkers
