Part Time

Slow Sculpture Homes is a nonprofit business providing community based living for Intellectually Disabled Adults. We provide comprehensive care services to residents our clients. We are seeking a Dietitian to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nutrition counseling to patients and staff for continuum of care.
• Menu review.
• Coordinate patient care with other disciplines.
• Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate with physicians and other disciplines in order to ensure accurate patient reporting.
• Participate in quality assurance activities including participation in the patient care audits, review of clinical records, review of laboratory results, and participation in meetings with other disciplines.
• Provide physical examinations and obtain laboratory studies for evaluation of patients’ nutritional needs.
• Roughly need 6-10 hours a month.
• Position is considered an outside consultant.
• 1099 at the end of the year.
• Provide Professional liability insurance.
• Make your own schedule.
• Wage negotiable

• Registered Dietitian
