- You strive to deliver the best quality of work by closely supervising that the mise-en-place and cooking of food for service, ensuring the highest of standards are maintained for all outlets
- You ensure your area is kept to the highest standard of cleanliness and you communicate clearly to ensure that each member of your team is fully knowledgeable and complies with the Health, Safety and Hygiene regulations.
- Your driven by excellence and initiate new ideas for menus, garnishes etc.
- You create high performing teams and ensure all members of your team are familiar with their daily tasks and provide on-going refresher training as required
- You love organizing, paying attention to details and ensure your section and fridges are kept clean and that there is a proper rotation of stock in your fridges.
- You communicate clearly and give proper hand over to the next shift / Chef and that all the mise-en-place is in order before you finish your duty and before you go on your days off
- Your experience has 5 years of Culinary Supervisor experience preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and Holidays.
- You have strong communication skills with a clear understanding of both English and Spanish (Preferred) language.
- As a Chef de Partie you will report directly to the Executive Chef of the Resort.
