Sales Representative

Position Description Responsibilities Include:

PCi is hiring a Sales Representative for our Santa Fe Springs Facility. A Sales Representative will work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process, and get new accounts. We are looking for a creative, high-performance self-starter who can work independently. Qualified individuals must have good phone skills, enjoy talking on the phone, have basic computer literacy, and be super motivated. Most importantly, we are looking for a candidate who wants to make a difference. Progress will be results driven and strictly based on territory assigned.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Constant phone/email communication to existing customers
• Proactively search and follow up on any sales targets/leads
• Responsible for satisfying customer service requirements for their accounts only
• Possess excellent communication skills including verbal and written
• Willingness and ability to be flexible and adapt to changing job requirements
• Maintain and update customer contact date in CRM database
• Amongst other related duties

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have experience in film packaging sales, or similiar industry. Must have a positive attitude, wants to work hard, and is dependable. Needs to be a self-starter.

• BS/BA is preferred, or equivalent experience
• Any relevant work experience in packaging films/general work experience is a major plus
• Demonstrate attention to detail
• Valid driver license
