Join Our Team: Seeking a Sales Inside/Outside Representative.

Are you passionate about sales and looking for a new opportunity to shine? We're on the hunt for a dynamic individual to join our team!

About the role: 

As a Sales Inside/Outside Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our sales strategy. Your responsibilities will include building relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored merchandise solutions. This is a commission-based role with a base salary of $90,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage your time effectively to balance sales and customer service.
  • Call prospective customers, understand customer needs, and create a customer-supplier relationship.
  • Secure signed orders from new clients.
  • Collaborate with our art department.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales.
  • Ensure timely order placement and delivery.
  • Full-time work from the office at Santa Fe Springs, CA.
  • Job involves traveling to client events, trade shows, industry conferences, and award shows in the USA and internationally.
  • Other duties, as required

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.

Experience:

5–10 years of sales experience, preferably in the promotional industry.

Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Ability to maintain effective and respected work relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
