Overview:
Join our award-winning, high-end residential landscape construction company as an Accounts Receivable/Billing Specialist. We are seeking a candidate with experience in accounts receivable bookkeeping to become an integral part of our creative and skilled team in a pleasant office atmosphere.
Duties:
- Bi-weekly invoicing with QuickBooks Enterprise.
- Prepare and send statements to clients.
- Track budgets using Excel.
- Provide exceptional customer service related to accounts receivable and collections.
- Handle lien releases, Certificates of Insurance, and statement of values.
- Collections
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years' experience in accounts receivable bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Invoicing.
- Experience with budget tracking using Excel.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Spanish language proficiency and knowledge of construction bookkeeping are advantageous.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
