Overview:

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Wheels and Tires Sales POS, customer service, and store management. If you have experience in retail sales, cash handling, customer relationship management, retail math, and retail management, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the store
- Manage and motivate a team of employees
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided
- Process Sales and rent to own transactions accurately
- Utilize financial software for reporting and analysis
- Handle cash transactions and maintain cash register
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Implement retail math principles for inventory management
- Assist in store merchandising and visual presentation

Skills:

Proficiency in sales and rent to own processing procedures
Strong customer service skills
Previous store management experience is a plus
Knowledge of retail sales techniques
Familiarity with retail operations and cash handling
Ability to manage customer relationships effectively
Understanding of retail math principles for inventory control

Bilingual - Spanish
Background in retail management is advantageous
