Job Summary:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize SEO, PPC, and social media strategies. If you love wearing multiple hats, enjoy recommending and trying new ideas, and have a "let's do this" attitude, you'll fit right in with our team.

SEO Management

• Conduct keyword research, search behavior analysis, and market trend assessment

• Maintain and update on-page technical SEO elements

• Develop and maintain link strategies

• Identify trends across corporate websites to highlight SEO opportunities or gaps

• Collaborate with leadership to resolve issues and drive organic growth

• Stay current with Google algorithms and search engine preferences

PPC Management

• Develop, manage, create, and optimize PPC campaigns, including goals, strategy, keyword research, and campaign implementation

• Provide budget recommendations and forecasting

• Perform weekly reporting

• Create copy and coordinate graphics as needed

Social Media Management

• Curate and coordinate social content

• Evaluate the right messaging, timing, and deliverability for content sharing across all media channels

• Manage requests from multiple stakeholders

Performance Analytics

• Measure and report the performance of social and PPC campaigns

• Provide detailed ROI analysis and track source-to-conversion metrics

Insights and Trends

• Identify trends and insights to optimize campaign performance

• Proactively brainstorm new growth strategies

• Conduct experiments to test and improve conversions

Required Skills/Abilities

• Working experience with PPC, SEO, and social media responsibilities

• Strong social media content creation skills and a deep understanding of what resonates on social platforms

• Comfortable with data analysis and reporting tools, including Google Analytics and Google Adwords

• Strong desire to stay current on the latest digital marketing tools and techniques

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively

• Strong writing skills

• A background in the channel is a plus, but not required

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
• Admin experience for social platforms: Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok.
• Experience with WordPress & Google Ads.
• 3 years of experience running PPC & social media campaigns.
