- Material Handling: Efficiently transport, load, and unload roofing materials at various job sites, ensuring all necessary supplies are prepared and accessible.
- Site Preparation and Cleanup: Set up the worksite for upcoming installations or repairs and manage post-job cleanup to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
- Tool and Equipment Management: Keep track of all roofing tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition and stored properly.
- Installation Assistance: Support skilled roofing technicians by helping set up ladders, scaffolding, and other necessary access equipment to facilitate safe and efficient installation processes.
- Safety Compliance: Rigorously adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents and ensure a secure worksite.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to complete tasks efficiently, fostering a cooperative and productive work atmosphere.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
