**Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong administrative skills to effectively manage office operations.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate, and implement new procedures
- Manage expenses and payroll for our employees
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and repairs
- Maintain office budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars for executives
- Develop and implement training programs for office staff
- Handle human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and managing employee files
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in vendor management, calendar management, budgeting, and organizational skills
- Basic accounting experience is required including AR/AP and Payroll
- Strong ability in schedule management and training development
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
- Proficient in file management and communication skills
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail
