EōS Fitness is in search of an innovative and experienced Loss Prevention Coordinator to join our corporate team. We're looking for someone with genuine customer service skills, a passion for assisting team members and customers, resolving complex issues, thrives in a face-paced environment, and can constantly think on their feet – all while embracing our culture. This role will be responsible for supporting all loss prevention, risk mitigation, safety, and compliance initiatives in alignment with the company’s overall objectives with a focus specifically on financials. This position also supports the coordination of LP services and programs while providing administrative support to the department.

Department: Loss Prevention

Core Purpose: To create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead transactional investigations into potential financial risks within the organization, overseeing analysis efforts and collaborating on the development and implementation of safety and loss control initiatives.
  • Develop and coordinate reporting tools for field personnel involved in transactional investigations, conducting in-depth analysis to identify trends and patterns indicative of misconduct.
  • Conduct comprehensive investigations into suspicious financial transactions, gathering and analyzing relevant data and records.
  • Provide detailed reports and findings to department heads for decision-making purposes, offering insights and recommendations based on thorough analysis of transactional data.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to review and monitor financial exception reports/data, ensuring timely resolution and mitigation of financial risks.
  • Lead coordination efforts for projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing financial integrity and fraud detection in transactional activities, utilizing investigative techniques to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prioritize and organize tasks effectively to ensure timely completion of responsibilities while maintaining a focus on leading transactional investigations and providing actionable details to department heads.
  • Help identify the risks throughout the organization, supporting the development and implementation of key safety & loss control initiatives designed to reduce the Company’s overall severity and frequency to loss.
  • Deal directly with federal, state, and local regulatory bodies as it relates to loss prevention, safety, and risk management issues.
  • Maintain ongoing Loss prevention awareness programs in the field and act as a liaison between multiple management levels.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in an administrative support role within a corporate setting, preferably in the fitness industry or a related field.
  • 2 years in a Loss Prevention or similar role.
  • 2 years of conducting investigations involving theft.
  • 2 years of experience conducting transactional related theft.
  • Highly organized and efficient and able to work independently throughout all states we operate in. (AZ, CA, UT, NV, TX, FL)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, for interacting with employees, management, and vendors, i.e., calm, professional, and empathetic to all levels of management, employees, customers, and vendors.
  • Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with people at all levels and in all functions.
  • Previous experience delivering excellent customer service.
  • A creative, high energy, hands-on professional who can successfully multitask and has strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Systematic and thorough approach to problem solving; good time management, organizational, and record keeping skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and records.
  • Prior experience in the fitness industry a plus!

Requirements:

  • Must successfully pass background check.
  • Ability to work in a gym setting; move about club floors and rooms; communicate with employees, and different levels of management.
  • Ability to access and operate Company computer system including prepare documents, enter data into computer system, read reports from a computer database or email system.
