Storybook Smiles Children's Dentistry is Hiring a Dental Office Receptionist Near San Jose, CA

About us

Storybook Smiles Children's Dentistry is a new dental office just for kids. This opportunity can be a lot of fun and very rewarding, and our goal as a team is to provide excellent dental care to children regardless of socioeconomic status.

The most important thing is that you have a positive attitude :-)
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
- Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary paperwork
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to protect patient confidentiality

Requirements
- Previous experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Note: Medical receptionist experience may be considered as relevant experience for this position.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
