Technical Product Manager

Hybrid - San Jose, CA

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Technical Product Manager. The Technical Product Manager will partner with the internal Marketing and Sales business stakeholders, operations teams and end users like sellers, business development representatives - to understand their processes/ pain points and collect and prioritize key business requirements in support of the technology solution roadmap and vision. The product manager will collaborate with business teams, other Product Managers, Program Managers, and Co-lead the planning, testing and execution of business requirements on a Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution. The role will also partner with technical and UX teams to design and develop technology solutions that deliver exceptional customer experiences.
ATTENTION : This specific role will be working in CRM technologies (SFDC & MSFT Dynamics) and will be primarily focusing on the Sales experience in MSFT Dynamics. Individuals with hands on technical knowledge around Dynamics and other 3rds party seller applications like Outreach, Zoominfo, Linkedin to name a few - will be preferred.

What you ll do:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand the current state process around Marketing & Sales at Adobe and then build the future state on a target solution CRM Dynamics, with a lens to providing customer value, by improving the customers experience on Dynamics and the day-to-day productivity of the sellers.
  • Lead and facilitate process improvements sessions with internal customers.
  • Drive and influence the product vision, collaborate with architecture, design and engineering teams to deliver the roadmap
  • Responsible for communicating/aligning with internal customers and technical teams on product vision and roadmap.
  • Strategically align with other Product Managers on the delivery of interdependent solutions and initiatives
  • Lead the planning, documentation, and delivery of run-the-business requirements and large technology initiatives
  • Leads User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business testers, and works with the Quality Engineer to define acceptance tests for features
  • Manage and prioritize product backlog, collecting defects and enhancement requests, and
  • Support Release Planning, scheduling backlog items into regular releases aligned to business priority

Qualifications:

  • 4 years of product management experience is required--experience launching global large-scale technology solutions with supporting change management
  • Must have a technical understanding of the Marketing and Sales space on relevant CRM technologies like MSFT Dynamics.
  • Solid experience in Scrum or similar Agile development methodology
  • Self-starter that thrives in the face of challenges
  • Proven track record to operate effectively with general mentorship on new projects
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work with technical and non-technical audiences, as well as, communicate effectively to individual contributors, management, and executive leadership
  • Demonstrates experience communicating and advocating programs to customers and/or internal team members
  • Strong people skills, with distinctive ability to motivate and influence people without authority or a direct reporting relationship
  • Excellent conflict-resolution management skills; ability to effectively facilitate teams to the successful resolution of issues
  • Bachelor s degree in CS or related technical field, or relevant work experience; experience in working in CRM solutions is highly desirable
