What Your Day Will Look Like
Consor PMCM is looking for an experienced MEP Project Manager who thrives when people are in sync and projects are running not just on time but within budget. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, technical expertise in the construction process and a thorough understanding of commissioning methods and objectives.
Salary Range: $120,000 to $200,000 a year
What You'll Do
As an MEP Project Manager you will manage and provide construction oversight to Project Managers and Construction Managers and resolve complex construction project related issues, disputes, and disagreements. You will be responsible for ensuring not only the progress and technical MEP performance of a project, but also the material management, schedule, cost, scope and safety of the team.
In addition, you will provide effective, skilled project management to help reduce the costs of delivering projects and adding value to the business by applying proven project management techniques and play an integral role in mentoring staff.

What You'll Need
- Bachelors in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management
- Prior experience with construction sites in airports, healthcare, education, and/or public buildings
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification Professional Registered Architect (RA) or
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.
- Over 8 years of relevant project experience
