Job Overview

Over see’s all safety for a privately owned construction company located in San Dimas, CA.

Responsibilities and Duties

● Manages all safety coordinators.

● Over see’s and conducts job walks with safety coordinators and insurance companies.

● Works with builders needs when there is a violation on a job site.

● Visits jobs sites and conducts safety meetings when requested by builder.

● Manages all training classes for all field employees. (OSHA 10, OSHA 30, CPR, Scaffold Building, bench, and ladder training.

● Manages the company fleet, monitors the vehicle trackers. Makes sure that all vehicles are safety compliant, and their vehicle maintenance is up to date. Monitors that all employees follow the rules of the fleet policy.

● Works with all field employees, investigates all accidents related to the job site and vehicles.

● Writes up all reports for accidents related to a job injury. Works with HR supplying all information for any accident in the field. Investigates all accidents workers comp and vehicle related.

● Takes care of all OSHA citations.

● Reviews IIPP manual, reviews to make sure that the policy is up to date with all current requirements with any new laws or OSHA changes.

● Purchases and tracks all safety equipment.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
