What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the development team concerning these requirements.
- Develop detailed documentation including BRDs, functional specs, use cases, and process flows.
- Identify and recommend process enhancements for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT, ensuring alignment and understanding.
- Develop and perform tests to ensure requirements have been met.
- 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecyle (SDLC)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, and Excel.
