We are currently recruiting a Quality Manager to lead our ISO 9001 and 17025 requirements and our overall quality responsibilities.Responsibilities
- Maintains quality assurance objectives complementary to corporate policies and goals.
- Reviews data obtained during all quality assurance activities to ensure consistency with company policies and procedures.
- Prepares for annual ISO9001 and 17025 certifications and audits.
- Ensure company quality records are current and accurate based on internal processes.
- Applies statistical process control (SPC) methods for analyzing data to evaluate the current process and process changes.
- Prepares and presents technical and program information to the management team
- Ensures all equipment, materials, and services are reliable to meet the required standards of performance efficiency.
- Maintains knowledge of government and industry quality assurance codes and standards.
- Designs and implements quality assurance training programs and education to key personnel in conjunction with managers, including internal audits.
- Oversees the investigative and resolution of customer complaints regarding technical or quality issues.
- Manages damaged and missing items procedure including creating quotes and interfacing with customer technical support personnel.
- Works in conjunction with Lab Manager to ensure lab standards and traceability and that lab capabilities meet the needs of the rental order requirements.
Required Skills
- Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 17025, or similar ISO requirements.
Experience
