Data Business Analyst

Job Description:

Primary Skills (Must have)

• PC Insurance business analyst experience
• Insurance domain, Agile/Scrum knowledge
• Proficient in SQL
• Able to gather data requirements and reporting needs
• Utilize SQL to extract and analyze large amounts of data including testing and validation of data sets, balancing, etc.
• Perform data profiling and data-in-context analysis to support data warehousing projects, data conversion, and data quality issues
• Perform database structure research and create data mapping documents in order to understand relevant data elements along with their definitions and use
• BA will be working predominantly in the data integration projects and hence Data mapping and SQL skills will be the key skills required.

Soft Skills

• As this is an onsite role, must have strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong ability to work with client stakeholders.
