2024 Baseball Grounds Crew
$16-$18 per hour
Job Description : Assist head groundskeeper with maintaining a professional baseball field
including infield dirt and clay work, bullpen repair, field painting, tarp pulls, set up for batting
practice, game prep (dragging, lining, watering), post-game field cleanup, helping with field
maintenance projects and other duties as assigned
Training is provided on grounds equipment including mowers, infield pro, trimmers, edgers,
blowers, and utility vehicles
must be able to work outside in any weather condition
Qualifications
No experience is necessary provided you are willing to learn and work hard
Positive attitude, good attention to detail, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to meet physical demands of job
Adherence to company handbook and MLB policies
