Park City Culinary Institute is Hiring a Sales and Admissions Representative Near Salt Lake, UT

Park City Culinary Institute is seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to join our Admissions team as a Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our culinary institute by generating new business and student enrolment through outbound phone calls, texts, emails, and other avenues. You will be a key contributor to our enrollment process, setting appointments with potential students and promoting our culinary programs. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have a delightful phone personality, and a strong ability to meet and exceed set goals. This is a fast-paced role with heavy outreach metrics where you will play a vital part in attracting and enrolling students for our amazing culinary programs!

Responsibilities:
  • Engage in consultative conversations with potential students to understand their career goals and aspirations, and effectively communicate the value and benefits of Park City Culinary Institute.
  • Conduct outbound phone calls to potential students (hot, warm, and cold leads) who have shown interest in our culinary courses, with the goal of generating new enrollments. Schedule appointments with prospective students and even organizations to visit the institute and meet with the admissions team, ensuring a seamless transition from lead generation to enrollment.
  • Follow up with potential students to confirm appointment details and provide any necessary information.
  • Collaborate to develop and implement strategies to build out the sales pipeline and appointment-setting process.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly business and sales development targets to drive the growth of the culinary institute.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and leads in the admissions database.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Stay informed about the culinary courses offered by the institute and effectively communicate the unique features and advantages to potential students.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a business development or sales-related role, preferably with a focus on outbound phone prospecting and lead generation.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with persuasive and upbeat phone etiquette.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential students, businesses, and key stakeholders in person and over the phone.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple leads, appointments, and follow-up activities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales and business development targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software, google suite, Excel, and other programs.
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, handle rejection, and overcome challenges.
  • Flexibility to work Saturdays, and occasional evenings, for student graduations, open houses, and other special events as needed.
Salary and Benefits:
  • Competitive: $50,000 - $80,000 . Base salary with additional earning potential with successful student enrolments.
