The Banquet Bartender’s role is to provide guests with an excellent bar experience during banquet events. We are looking for someone enthusiastic, upbeat, and professional to join our Banquet team.

Responsibilities:

• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while following standard recipes to ensure established control systems are followed.
• Promote beverage sales.
• Provide exceptional service to guests by promptly welcoming and courteously serving guests.
• Perform side duties such as cleaning, garnish preparation, miscellaneous preparation, stocking, etc.
• Ensure all alcohol is removed from counters and tables prior to closing time, complete closing duties.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the bar area.
• Comply with all liquor laws, health regulations, and company policies.
• Accountability in maintaining inventory and processing payments.
• Know the beverage menu for each function and the ingredients and preparation methods to prepare beverages to be served as specified.

Qualifications:

• 3 years restaurant experience and/or 2 years' experience bartending in a similar establishment.
• Food Safety and alcohol certificate or complete training during initial 30 days.
• Must possess good attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to read and write in English proficiently.
• Must have basic math skills and be able to use a calculator.
• Must be 21 years of age and possess Tips and Food Handlers cards.
• Must be physically able to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment as well as delicate china and glassware.
