This is a contract position with a paid competitive hourly rate that includes both direct and indirect services. Weekly hours each week are guaranteed.

• Full Time 7.5 hours a day

• End Date : 5 / 23 / 2025

Requirements :

• Bachelors / Master s Degree in Special Education
• Certified in Special Education : Adapted Curriculum

Caseload :

• 12-15 for Mild / Mod Classrooms, 30-35 for Resource Teacher
• Responsible for the implementation of IEPs
• Creates a productive environment conducive to learning
• Implementation of the various teaching methods that may require the adaptation or development of material
• Assess the accomplishments of students consistently and provides progress reports when needed.
• Diagnoses the learning disabilities of students on a regular basis, seeking the assistance of district specialists as required.
• Takes all necessary precautions to protect self, students, equipment, materials, facilities, and other faculty.
