Job Title: Dental Front Desk Administrator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a charismatic Front Office Receptionist/Administrator to grow with our Salisbury dental practice. We are a fun, upbeat and driven private practice that has hopes of a candidate that is not only a team player but also able to provide the best patient experience while enjoying the profession.

We are seeking a Dental Front Desk Administrator to join us at our Salisbury office who has experience in the following areas:

  • Dental office experience
  • Provides excellent customer service
  • Arrive punctually each day
  • Has a positive attitude and willingness to help others
  • Greeting patients
  • Collecting payment
  • Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document organization
  • Verifying patient information
  • Coordinate and maintain an organized schedule of client appointments.
  • Answering high-volume phones
  • Dental software knowledge (a plus but not required)
  • Ability to operate office machinery to fax, photocopy and scan
  • Patient communication as related to appointments, insurance, treatment plans, questions, finances & HIPAA privacy act
  • Takes a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Leads by example
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA regulations

This position is Monday-Thursday with a half day on Friday. Compensation is based upon experience; and, a competitive benefits package is included with this offer of employment.

  • Monday to Thursday 8-5pm
  • Friday 8-1pm

- High school diploma or equivalent
