Your Role With Us:

Join our dynamic team to lead and innovate our outpatient adult and pediatric neuromuscular therapy program! As the Rehabilitation Services Supervisor, you will drive continuous improvement by promoting lean management principles, and coaching staff for enhanced performance. You'll ensure adherence to patient care standards and regulatory compliance, optimizing resources and maintaining a high level of clinical leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving efforts.
• Accountable for patient care standards for the department which include professional practice, documentation, billing requirements, and regulatory issues.
• Manages staffing resources through the department and throughout the continuum. Identifies gaps in clinical resources and knowledge and develops a plan to close the gaps.
• Manages employee performance through coaching, development plans, and performance reviews.
• Support and coach staff’s professional development.
• Ensure a safe and orderly treatment environment while managing department’s supplies budget.
• Assist with recruitment and hiring processes.

Background/Expertise:

• Graduate of a physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech therapy program
• Minimum of (2) years (3 preferred) clinical experience with demonstrated leadership skills.
• Current Oregon State License for PT, OT, or Speech Therapy or attainable with 90 days of employment.
• BLS from the AHA within 90 days of hire required.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, ability to delegate and manage time effectively.
