What You’ll Do in This Role to Add Value

Landmark Builders Inc is seeking a full time, Service Department Technician to join our Winston-Salem, NC office.

Responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for maintenance and repair work on Landmark's commercial construction projects, existing commercial building and properties. the scope of work might include, but is not limited to:

• Roof repairs
• Concrete Repairs
• Hand excavation in certain situations
• Installation of hollow metal door frames, doors, door hardware, toilet partitions, wood blocking, wood nailers, flashing, and maintenance and repairs
• Supervising and managing subcontractors
• Basic scheduling and other light administrative duties

Physical Requirements:

• Repetitive motions, especially with the upper body, such as using a hammer
• Working with your hands and upper arms extended above your head
• Operating hand tools such as drills, quickie saws, screw guns, nail guns, circular saws, etc.
