Alliance Health Group is Hiring a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) Near Salem, NC
Alliance Health Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Dietary Manager to join it's skilled nursing facilities in Winston-Salem, NC and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the food service department to provide excellent service and quality
- Work with dietitians/chefs to create high level menus which deliver nutritional value
- Daily inspections/assessments to ensure compliance
- Oversee inventory to ensure budget compliance
- Lead team member recruiting, onboarding and training
- Interdepartmental communications to foster “teamwork atmosphere” to achieve goals
- Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods.
Qualifications:
- Current ServSafe certification is required
- Certified as a Dietary Manager (CDM)
- 5 years of related operations experience and management
- An associate’s degree or higher in food service management or hospitality
