Smokin' Harley-Davidson is Hiring a Marketing Manager Near Salem, NC

Job Summary

Due to growth Smokin' Harley-Davidson is accepting resumes for a Marketing Manager. In this role the right candidate will be expected to take charge of all marketing campaigns of the dealership. You must be able to strategize using available resources to promote sales in our industry. As the Marketing Manager you will work with our GM/Partner to develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the business based on demographic data.

Responsibilities and Duties

REQUIREMENTS

  • Identify a target market, design and implement seasonal marketing plans for the dealerships and company.
  • Develop brand portfolios based on the dealership’s business objectives and strategies
  • Develop strategies for marketing the dealership considering the nature of the market, property rights, cost as well as the company’s policy.
  • Draw and implement the company’s marketing operations budget
  • Develop marketing campaign strategies
  • Liaise with the media suppliers of the company to agree to which format advertising should take
  • Ensure that, advertising campaigns comply by laws, company policy and taste of target market
  • Develop and effective client contact system ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of communications within and without the company.
  • Ensure the good communication with company’s GM’s and internal marketers
  • Develop and manage a marketing team
  • Develop and manage a marketing database
  • Perform public relations functions
  • Collaborate with the GM’s to ensure that quality standards are met.
  • Observing the response to marketing campaigns and then choose which campaign will be received by targeted audience
  • Develop and maintain community partnerships
  • Lead capture at events and through customer traffic

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A degree in marketing or its equivalence
  • A professional certificate or diploma is an added advantage
  • Membership of a professional marketing society is highly recommended
  • Skills and knowledge of industry
  • Must be enthusiastic and motivated able to develop and maintain community relationships
  • Ability to cope in high impact fast paced environment
  • Ability to deal with difficult customers
  • Calm under all situations
  • Excellent decision making and analytical skills
  • Good communication and networking skills
  • Excellent team player
  • Must be prepared to work on initiative
  • Good listening and comprehension skills
  • Fast learner
  • Organized
  • Expert level when working with S.E.O., social media, presenting event ROI
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Entry-level graphic design skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
