United Faith Christian Academy is Hiring a Director of Admissions Near Charlotte, NC

Director of Admissions:

- Coordinate annual updates of the UFCA Viewbook and Profile with the Head of School, Business Office, Registrar, and Director of College Guidance

- Update or create new documents as directed by need or as decided in concert with the Head of School

- Oversee application process, coordinating testing for all incoming students, requesting and compiling all required application, forwarding the file to the Head of School for review.

- Coordinate monthly new parent meetings and coordinate follow-up communication with new families

- Coordinate the admissions process of international students with the Head of School, including all areas related to the normal admissions process, ensuring the PDSO has all documents in place related to SEVIS, insurance coverage and host family coordination.

o Complete SEVIS DSO training within the first two months of hire UFCA Networking

- Develop networks within the local churches to promote Christian Education and promote UFCA Programs

- Implement those areas of the UFCA Marketing Plan including ads and press releases that are specific to the Admissions Function, including coordinating with the Head of School on an annual Strategic Marketing Plan

- Coordinate with the Head of School’s Office those areas related to Admissions on the UFCA Website, in the Advancement Office

- Other duties as assigned by Administration and as mutually agreed related to the Admission’s Function for UFCA.
