Bay Vision opened in November 2020 and has seen steady growth during its 3 years. We have three fully equipped exam lanes with Zeiss digital phoropters, pretesting room with Clarus 500 wife-field retinal imaging, contact lens training room, and contact lens storage room. Staff have a private breakroom to unwind. Each staff member travels the office with an iPad, patients complete paperwork via online forms, and we utilize RevolutionEHR as our electronic records system. We truly are focused on our patients from the moment they enter our office (by heading right into pretesting), taking our time in the exam room (no double bookings and spaced out appointments), to sending them out to the optical to choose their best eyewear. We have great partnerships with local ophthalmology groups for our referral needs.

We are looking to add an associate to our practice for up to 4 days a week. Opportunity will be available in the future to increase days if one wishes. Techs will perform all pretesting which includes autorefractor, NCT, lensometry, wide-field imaging on every patient, visual acuities, and case history. Exams are spaced 20-minutes apart with the first patient at 10:00am and last at 5:00pm. We break for lunch from 12:40-2:00pm daily. Typical patient count is 9-10 patients/day. Being a young practice, we are looking for an optometrist eager to grow our patient base and truly immerse themselves in our community.
