Compensation:$24 - $27 hourly
Responsibilities:- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage the office schedule efficiently.
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing inquiries.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Assure schedules are organized and productive.
- Assist with office organization and cleanliness to create a professional environment.
- 2 years of experience in dental office administration preferred, not required.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency in dental office software systems - Open Dental.
- Good communication skills.
St Paul Pediatric Dentistry is a privately owned pediatric dental practice with three amazing doctors who pride themselves in providing exceptional care for their patients.

- We have great hours! We see patients from 7:30 am until 3:00 pm. No weekends and no late nights. We don’t work on the weekends and our staff never stays late.
- We close our office between Christmas and New Year so that staff can spend this time with their families.
