Associated Healthcare Credit Union has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Marketing Officer in our Woodbury office. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, managing all technical aspects of our key marketing systems and partners (marketing automation) used to generate, distribute, and market credit union products and services. This position requires the use and understanding of marketing and analytical tools, and metric reports on all marketing initiatives and activities.
The Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing a strategy plan for new business and current members among healthcare professionals within the medical industry and provide tactical steps for implementation. They will also work with current members to get information on products and services to them for increased usage. Manage the day-to-day marketing functions and business relationships of the credit union. Monitor all marketing programs, advertising campaigns, promotions, delivery systems, and manage all social media content. Create and manage marketing correspondence for all avenues of information, this will include branch marketing, website, email, and mail distribution to name a few.
Website maintenance as well as internal intranet maintenance is also an area that will be a key job function of the Marketing Officer. It is highly recommended that the potential candidate has experience in Adobe Creative Cloud applications and website editing using various software.
This position requires an outgoing personality, creativity, self-motivation, project management skills, and the ability to work independently, as well as with other team members. Qualified candidates need marketing, and analytical skills, and must be comfortable talking with employees and members about the products and services we offer. They also need good organizational skills, proven technical skills, and the ability to multitask.

Associated Healthcare Credit Union is looking to hire a dynamic full-time Universal Banker for their St Paul office location. The position is responsible for opening new accounts, consumer lending duties, and cross-selling additional products and services. Universal Bankers will build relationships with members through daily communication in person, on the phone, and through email or chat. They will help members open new accounts, take loan applications, process and fund loan applications, and general questions from members. They will also be responsible for helping the members with transactions and answering phones. We are looking for someone who enjoys providing a high level of customer service, has strong lending and underwriting skills, able to develop their own production, and open and cross-sell new accounts.
