Role Description:
In the role of Business Architect, you will be part of a growing and energizing team that lives by Safety National’s Core Values: Relationships, Integrity, Teamwork, Balance, and Stability. You will work closely with the Director of Business Architecture, other business architects, business owners, and other strategic stakeholders to develop a holistic, multidimensional business architecture that will be felt throughout the company as a critical mechanism to provide enterprise transparency and reach organizational goals.
Your day-to-day responsibilities as a business architect will include:
The ideal candidate is someone with experience defining core business architecture models and then leveraging them in workshops with key strategic stakeholders to drive business value and measure business outcomes, including portfolio level analysis in a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment. Prior experience with an EAM (Enterprise Architecture Management) tool such as LeanIX is a plus.

In our vision to be First with Co-Workers, compensation is only one piece of the comprehensive total rewards package we offer. The target salary range for this position is $84,000 to $135,000. Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location.
