The Employee Experience Generalist is instrumental in ensuring employees are engaged and happy while at work. It is an exciting, creative, and challenging role, and ideal for those who like to take the lead and have a positive impact on the lives of others. Duties include helping to plan, facilitate, and execute employee engagement programs, communicate important messages to staff, and pass on Customer Service Agent feedback to leadership. This role plays a key role in site morale, organization, and communication.
As Employee Experience Generalist, You Will…

• Be responsible for helping leadership meet corporate and program level retention goals, while being a company ambassador that ensures an exceptional level of employee experience
• Communicate frequently and transparently with site and corporate leaders
• Have flexibility in the role, as function and responsibilities will change as corporate engagement programs evolve, and your site’s campus continues to grow and develop
• Be trustworthy and set the tone for employees on-site allowing them to be engaged, motivated and successful
• Collaborate with corporate and on-site teams with their unique engagement needs and goals
• Support leadership in gathering employee feedback for their campus, host focus groups, distribute online surveys and help to establish other corporate employee feedback channels
• Work with other on-site and remote Campus Employee Experience Coordinators, and Employee Experience leadership to achieve goals and efficiency
• Be a Brand ambassador and communication hub for all employees on-site while keeping an overall pulse of your campus
• Assist in planning and facilitating corporate events (ie: Customer Service Week, Thanksgiving, charity initiatives, etc.)
• Support leadership in prioritizing overlapping projects and initiatives, ensuring clear expectations are set

As Employee Experience Generalist, You Have…

• Some post-secondary or completion of post-secondary schooling preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills – must be able to multitask and prioritize
• Ability to implement change and innovation
• Motivated to help others thrive at work and maintain a positive attitude
• Ability to adapt, as functions and responsibilities change due to corporate engagement program evolution
• Must be both creative and outgoing, and enjoy collaborating with a diverse group of people
• Strong organization and time management skills - must be able to handle a high volume of work by multitasking and prioritizing
