Nahan Printing is Hiring an Account Coordinator Near Saint Cloud, MN
Summary: The Account Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Client Services team on various commercial print and direct mail job functions. This position requires an on-site work presence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the Client Services Team with various job tasks and activities, including but not limited to, job ticket entry along with tasks to revise tickets, proof review, and sample coordination.
- Maintain weekly inventory in the sample staging area and work with team to purge and organize samples as needed.
- Responsible for informing the Account Manager of any job concerns or opportunities that arise.
Skills and Experience Required:
- High School Diploma Required. Associates Degree or experience in a customer service environment strongly preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to work within tight timelines and respond quickly to urgent requests.
- Strong attention to detail and quality, as well as strong problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrate effective communication skills (verbal, written and listening)
- Flexibility to work across the entire Client Services department as needed.
- Proficiency/fluent with English language, both written and verbal.
