Natoli is currently searching for an experienced Purchasing candidate to work in their Chesterfield location. The ideal candidate will be competent in their responsibility for negotiating with suppliers and sellers of the assorted products and services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Responsible for purchasing materials to support manufacturing operations.

* Source, order and maintain an inventory of tooling for CNC Machines tooling and parts.

* Issue raw materials and consumables to specific jobs

* Responsible for cost reduction activities.

* Maintain inventory levels of goods purchased

* Negotiate prices with vendors

* Forecast level of demand to meet business needs and keep a continuous analysis of usage and balance.

* Complete all necessary documentation.

* Forecast price trends and their impact on future projects

* Responsible for maintaining supplier data

* Approve invoices for payment.

* Provide cost and lead time information provided by vendors

* Identify potential suppliers

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

* 3 years experience* ERP experience a plus

* Process and systems oriented

* Forklift experience

* Thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environment

* Comfortable working with diverse groups

* Strategic thinker

* Excellent negotiation skills

* Must be 18 years or older

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

* Must have the ability to sit at a desk using a computer for 8 or more hours per day; stand, kneel, walk and bend as required throughout the workday to accomplish various tasks.

* Able to lift, pull, push or carry various types of light weight files (approximately 1-10 pounds) and process accordingly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
