Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Service Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the service department.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring timely and accurate repairs.
- Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to maintain efficient workflow and high-quality service standards.
- Monitor and manage service department performance metrics, including productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in training and developing service staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area, adhering to all safety protocols and dealership standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Assistant Service Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
