**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a positive and inviting atmosphere for residents while ensuring the property operates efficiently. **Duties:** - Manage all aspects of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations - Enforce lease agreements and community policies - Handle resident concerns and requests in a timely and professional manner - Conduct property tours for potential residents - Oversee rent collection and financial reporting - Coordinate marketing and advertising efforts to attract new residents - Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements **Experience:** - Experience in property management, including leasing and maintenance - Knowledge of OneSite or similar property management software - Familiarity with Section 8 housing programs - Ability to negotiate contracts and resolve conflicts - Strong understanding of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) - Proficient in filing and record keeping - Excellent phone etiquette skills **Requirements:** - Understanding of property management laws and regulations - Ability to effectively communicate with residents, vendors, and team members - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and guidelines This position offers competitive compensation, opportunities for professional growth, and a dynamic work environment.
