Job Summary
Mendel Plumbing & Heating, Inc., a reputable plumbing and heating company in the Fox Valley community, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice Plumber. Duties
- Assist experienced plumbers in various tasks such as assembling, and plumbing installations.
- Learn and apply construction plumbing techniques under the guidance of senior team members.
- Support in maintaining and repairing plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Build and renovate plumbing systems.
- Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople such as handymen, carpenters, and electricians to ensure project completion.
Qualifications
- A passion for the plumbing industry and a desire to learn and develop new skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions from experienced plumbers.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to work on Saturdays occasionally.
- Basic knowledge of construction site protocols and safety procedures.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with colleagues and customers professionally.
