We are now seeking a Skilled Trades Recruiter for our St. Augustine location.

Must have:

High school diploma or equivalent work experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
At least 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, skilled trades preferred.
Knowledge of Human Resources hiring disciplines.
Proven track record of sourcing, interviewing, and hiring active and passive candidates.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Key Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Target local labor force and identify top-tier talent via job boards, job fairs, and social media.
Pre-screen qualified candidates for interviews with department hiring managers.
Collaborate with hiring managers to tailor candidate search parameters.
Develop relationships with area Technical Schools to develop a constant talent pipeline.
Establish a bench of job-seekers ready to start when demand increases.
Maintain an applicant tracking system.
Ongoing communication with Senior Leadership, Management, field workers, and potential candidates
