Duties

• Maintains weekly General Ledger reports and makes adjustments
• Prepares & maintains financial statements
• Prepares, enters, and prints Account Payable checks
• Maintains Account Receivable related activities
• Completes Manager sales commissions
• Maintains and updates 12 week cash flow spreadsheet

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma or GED
• Accounting background
• Knowledge of computer applications
• Understand accounting principles
• Proficient in Excel and Excel formulas
