**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled CAD Designer to join our team. The CAD Designer will be responsible for creating detailed designs and drawings using CAD software to support our engineering team in developing mechanical systems and components.

**Key Requirements:**

- Create and modify detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings and models using CAD software

-Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to develop and optimize product design

-Apply DFMA principles to ensure designs are manufacturable and cost effective

-Utilize GD&T to accurately define part geometries and ensure precise tolerances

-Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure design integrity and manufacturability

-Prepare and maintain documentation including drawings, models, and technical specifications

-Stay current with industry standards, Best practices, and emerging technologies in CAD and engineering design

-Experience with six sigma lean processes and application

**Preferred Skills:**

-Experience with FEA and CFD

-Familiarity with PLM systems

-Knowledge of material science and manufacturing processes

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
